Account access

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. Return to VOTRAIN after opening the confirmation link, then sign in.

I forgot my password.

Select “Forgot password?” on the login screen, enter your account email, and follow the secure reset link sent to you.

Apple Health

VOTRAIN can’t see my health metrics.

Open the Health app on iPhone, tap your profile picture, choose Apps and Services, select VOTRAIN, and review the permissions. VOTRAIN can still be used with manually entered profile information if you prefer not to connect Apple Health.

How do I disconnect Apple Health?

You can change or remove VOTRAIN permissions at any time from the Health app or your iPhone’s privacy settings.

Apple Watch workouts

Confirm that your Apple Watch is paired, unlocked, and allowed to access Health data. If a workout does not start, open VOTRAIN directly on the Watch and try again after the phone and Watch reconnect.

Delete your account

In VOTRAIN, open Profile and choose Delete Account. After the request succeeds, your sign-in account is deleted and the app clears that account’s locally stored profile and workout history from the iPhone making the request. This cannot be undone. If deletion fails, contact support; do not assume your account has been deleted.

This does not delete workouts already saved in Apple Health or erase copies on other devices or in backups. Manage Health records separately in Apple Health. Removing Health permission stops future access but does not erase information already imported.
